Sunita, Just call the your service provider(T-mobile,AT&T etc) and tell them that you need to unlock the phone since you are taking it out of the country and they will do it for you. You are going to need to provide them with a number that is on your phone(most of them are inside the phone directly above where you put your SIM card. I forgot what its called. My friend unlock his cell like that and sent it to Nepal Dariwal
