it takes time for those updates to take place. Check back tomorrow
they've spread out servers and those ip hits they get, it takes time for processing.
This normally happens when Video is newly uploaded, and traffic is high. It takes time to process unique IP hits.
I've seen a Youtube video getting 10,000 likes in less than an hour whereas views counted
and awkwardly only 300 views. But next day, everything was updated and adjusted.

Youtube is not doing anything against him. lol.. check back same page tomorrow, and
you'll find out my words were true :D
