Sorry for the late response.
Manasarovar is a must go holy place once in your lifetime if you can. Nowa days it is more like a tourist place. My purpose was mainly travel and see the place.  kailash is one of the main  religious spot for 4 religion Buddhist, jain, Sikh and Hindu. 5 holy rivers originates from Mt. kailash Only karnali is in Nepal. Rest are Bramhaputra in India Sindha goes to Pakistan and  there are other 2 rivers. Anthropologically whole indian subcontinent gets cultivated form The river from Kailash. It is said that  the great civilization in earth is usually on the bank of fresh water river. Out of 5 Rivers Sindha and bramhaputra has big religious and civilization history.

Aba aayo kasari jane bhanne kura : Mainly there are 2 routes to go from Nepal either you have to go Through  Darchula-Dharchula-Kalapani(Tinker) - Taplakot then cross karnali and take a ride to go to Kailash.
The route we took was From Kathmandu to Nepaljung , stay there overnight next morning take a flight to Simikot. Start treking from Simikot on 7th day you will be in Nepal tibet Boarder ( You have t o pass sara pass 15000ft on the way ) .  Cross Karnali Bridge you will be in Tibet and there is Highway. Take a ride you will be in Taplakot in 45 min. Stay in a hotel in Taplakot. From Taplakot You will get a car to Manasarover parikrama and your way back to everest basecamp ( from tibetian side ) NORTH FACE.  The hardest part is to from Kathmandu till you cross the karnali river.
After Kailash Parikrama going to Everest Basecamp on tibetian side is a good option, then drive to Khasa and enter Nepal Via Tatopani.
From US the trip was total of 26 days. anyway it is once a life time experience so do it if you can !!!!

I hope you got some info.

Sanju.baba I will surely upload some river pics for you.

Thanks
