Moneyminded: After reading some of your postings, it looks like you are one of those die-hard communists. What do you mean by the government should make a rule for not letting couples have babies for at least 3 yrs after their marriage? BULLSHIT. Everyone has a right to choose. If a couple wants to have a baby after a year, it is their choice..... Why should the government intervene? FREEDOM to think... Have you heard that word, "FREEDOM"? If not, learn it, and may be then you'll leave your old cummunistic idealogies which will never ever work at this time of the century.
