Hi all,

My H1B is going to expired soon and I did file the extension. In worse case if my H1b expired and I got denial letter from USCIS. In that case what whould be the option. I do have other option to changed my status but I am worried if I am going to have enough time for that or not and Also my employer will file appel.

Any sugesstion in my case will be really apriciated..
