KUDOS to one of the strongest ladies I know

Well, nobody is really unaware of probably the biggest lesson we get is that life goes on. People come and pass by but very few people have that charm and capability to be an inspiration to others. This one lady, that I got to know and spend a wonderful time yet learning quite a lot form her, really inspired me a lot. People may have one reason for which they would inspire someone and this lady had not one, not two but so many reasons to inspire me to have faith in my confident, my potential and in myself in order to prove that I can do something, I am something and I am pretty sure, it wasn’t just me who felt that way; it was all who came across her, all of us that she trained. Well, I am quite sure as curious as you are to know who that is, you are aware and have already guessed “THE” name. Having won the Miss Asia Pacific title in Miss Nepal 2005, along with best dress in Miss Asia Pacific and best smile in Ziba contest 2007, I am definitely talking about the very gorgeous Sarah Gurung Tetsuka.

Walking with the responsibility and the celebrity factor that comes with that title, it is quite obvious for us to presume that she would be one strong headed person and one of those typical celebrities who are full of themselves. BUT, you will be highly surprised when you actually get to know her find out how humble and down to earth she is and actually become very respectful towards her on being one nicest of the person and on the way she respectfully treats others. Twice in a row, in two different events she was THE MOMMA of the group. I am talking about ANA Fashion Extravaganza 2012 where she was momma for 8 guys and 8 girls and again for Miss Nepal USA 2012 where she was momma and choreographed for 28 ladies.

It definitely wasn't the same experience in both the events as the situations and people were different and she wasn’t the same with her attitude and teaching methods as she had to be a lot stricter in Ana fashion extravaganza respecting the time constraint. As there were only 3 days, technically 2 and half days to complete the whole training, she had to be thoughtful to maintain the discipline. But the entire training time in Miss Nepal USA 2012, she was a sweetheart, our lovely momma. The entire time she was inspiring everyone little by little, but she really touched my heart on the final day of the event. With how strong she acted the entire time of the finale was phenomenal. I assume we all have already found out about how horrible the finale was and how horribly it ended with such unfair result and unfair treatment towards the 28 girls, she chose to stay strong and at least let the crown get the right place. Unfortunately, it was all a mess. All her hard work was in vain. Among 6 rounds of walks, we barely got to do 3 and that also with such rush that only us, the 28 girls have experienced. Girls were literally being pulled from the dressing room coz there was not enough time and if you ask why there wasn’t enough time then that would be coz the organizers decide to start the show 2 hours late. So pretty much all out week long hard work had to crammed up to complete in the remaining little time. So Sarah d literally had to run back and forth managing the music (since she was the one who did the music selection so she had to make sure it was going right) and managing us 28 panicking girls. Imagine what would have happened if she had broken down, and I respect the fact that despite she had all the rights and all the right reasons to break down, she didn’t, in fact, she chose to stay strong as she knew that we would surely break down too if it wasn't for her. She didn't cry a tear and even if she did, I definitely didn't see any as she managed to manage all of us and the show very well, without stressing out, panicking or making her tensions visible. I definitely would like to take this time to give a loud shout out and kudos to Sarah Gurung Tetsuka, coz if it wasn't for her, the show wouldn't even have been a show. Though it was a terrible job done by the organizers, she managed to manage the show, all the girls and herself at the same time. I just want to thank you from the deepest core of my heart Sarah dee for doing whatever you did and you definitely are a true inspiration to me. Much love.
