Well, not only "bar graph", it might help for other graphs too.
1) RIGHT Click on X-Axis
2) Click 'SELECT DATA' / Then click EDIT whatever you want to.
3) If you want to play more with your axes, go for 'FORMAT AXIS'after 'right click' on the respective axis you want to change.
