You posted this once then never came back to reply on the suggestions others have provided here. I hope this was a legit call for help and not just rambling.

Let me ask you a question. Why do you have so much Junk food at your place?? You seemed to have recognize the issue that Junk food is your problem so in that sense you want to stary away from junk food as much as you can. I know its quite tempting to stop avoiding eating junk food once you are addicted to it, as a matter of fact its any kind of food you are addicted to. But there are things you can try to do to be not around Junk food all the time. DO NOT BUY any junk food and never bring them to your house. Do not buy Sodas, chips, Wai Wai, Cheese Balls, Candies, cookies, ice cream, and Jerkies. Instead, keep fruits, nuts, papad, Dhoti ko bhuteko Chana, 100% not from concentrated less sugar Juices and plenty of vegitables around you. So even when you are chowing down you are eating something healthy.

I have seen many young kids who just come to this country and had superficial belief of being cool by being able to pop open that soda can and tear the monster bag of Lays Chips. The "coolness" kids percieve is an addiction. If you stop buying those products you will have hell lot of less consumption of Junk food.

I myself is in a goal of consuming less meat and i have stoped bringing meat home. Whatever i eat i only eat outside and at home i am eating vegetables only. This is reduced my meat intake in huge amount. I know, if i buy it an bring it home i would cook it and eat it. I can stop myself from buying it at the store but cannot stop myself from cooking it if its in the house.

Also, remember not to ever go shopping with a hungry stomach. When you shop hungry your mind drools about cooking and fixing everything you can see in the store, untimately you buy more than what you need for a week and then you are in a situation to finish the food before it goes bad which tends to overeating again. When you go shopping hungry stomach you will either overeat or throw away what you do not use.
