What is wrong with me? I cannot seem to stop eating.

Exercise. Go to gym! No need to do heavy lifting. I think you have just reached the age between 25-30. Just do some running, cycling or play games like basketball or tt if its a recreational center. Do it for 50 mins and take alternate days off. Thank me later. Some other symptoms you have is eating before going to bed and not wanting to have heavy breakfast. Remember to drink milk and have some little sugary breakfast like cornflakes or something.
