If her last name is Shrestha, I am assuming her dad is Shrestha too.... How can a Newar bau be a Mongolian mix? 
Newar caste is pure NEPALI ...
What is so complicated about that? When some1 asks you is your dad a nepali, answer is either YES or NO, not mixed mongolian race....
And if someone leaves their birth place at a teenage (16 i believe) then you don't say you grew up in London...If she really believes that she grew up in London and knows the culture and values of England, why didn't she go for Miss London?
