I think it's a 2.6 ghz single core intel pentium processor...if I were u, i would definitely upgrade the RAM but the problem is those old computers probably use DDR2/ SDRAMS which is considerably expensive than DDR3 rams(I know it's kinda weird that newer versions of RAMs are cheaper)...I would recommend you to check kingston website and check the kind of RAM ur motherboard takes..and buy valueRAM.. if u really wanna use that computer for some good effect I suggest u buy a SSD drive (120 gb for around $80-90) and clone ur hard drive..trust me the boot up time is down to seconds..check slickdeals for deals on SSDs ..u can use acronis to clone the hard drive ..download s/w from well thepiratebay..google it..  i am not promoting piracy but do what u gotta to do.... well download tixati too.. it's lean torrent downloader..way better than resource hugging vuze or other some Sh*t...hope this answers ur question..
