This is such a shame for Nepal. Nepal army still doesn't admit it, now they will also be scrutinized in future. Army should take responsibility, they failed to do proper medical check-ups before sending these soldiers, and are probably still doing the same. NO, it's not ok to infect the country with new DISEASE. Army policies are perhaps not yet changed, and they should take the responsibility; DENIAL is not going to work.
