Avoid triggers at all cost. It could be people who smoke, places where people smoke, movies about smoking etc for a while. It is said that u need to give your body at least 6 weeks to fight the physical addiction. After that, its the psychological addiction which is harder to get rid of. But keep calm and carry on, you will def succeed.
