I smoked for I dunno how long..felt like forever..    quit once for 7 months due to pressure from gf.. well started back agn the second day I landed in the US.. and kept smoking for like another couple of years.. then one morning i woke up and realized perhaps the millionth of time that I had to quit smoking and start taking care of health..the ride was rough but i made it and have been able to live without cigarettes for 3 yrs now... the only reason i could do it was staying away from the circle of frens who smoke (atleast for the initial couple of weeks..) and then hitting the gym or getting physically active so that you start appreciating ur health..seriously dude once u start enjoying workouts and start seeing results, u won't even touch cigarettes..as above posters said don't worry abt u can quit or not; just take a baby step and trash the pack of smokes u got it with u now...and yes don't put off anything for tomorrow .. don't say this will my last cigarette...it's now or never..best of luck
