Give some more details. You already running in 6th year, if so it will be little difficult. You need to file labor atleast 365 days before ur last day in h1b, to renew ur h1 beyond 6 year based on pending or approved labor. If you have crossed this mark it is difficult to convince any company to start gc process , cause if anything goes little different like labor audit than you may not be able to renew h1 and continue .

If you have little more than a year in h1b and you are working as contractor where you can stay with same client but change ur employer , in that case some companies might be willing to do it.
