- Just do your work and dont be close personally. Dont share your personal stuff.
- Mostly if you are dependent on others such issue comes up.
- Bottomline: work hard, be independent and get your paycheck.
- Be political correct (professionaly) and dont get caried away with any discussion/topic.
- If someone is harrasing then you can confront right away and ask them not to repeat. Else, have 1-1 with your reporting Manager and discuss such matter.
