Pepsi, let me give you the easiest way to  unlock the Spring 4s. First the phone needs to be active in any Sprint phone lines with the data plan. If the phone is not active, you can ask with your friends and see if they have Sprint, It will just take 30 min to an hour. After the phone is active call this phone number  888-226-7212.  press option:2 and tell them that you're travelling abroad and need to unlock your phone. They will submit the request to Apply and give you instruction how to unlock. Basically they will tell you to sync up your iphone to the itunes and restore and hit YES and it will be unlock.
