 like fantush said, increase fiber content in your food, take a dump in the morning, etc.

it also depends on the type of food you eat. you'll fart more than usual if you eat a lot of proteinous food like beans, fish, protein supplements, etc. so, if you eat of a lot of protein rich food, limit the effects by taking multiple small meals throughout the day instead of one huge protein rich meal, or eat protein rich food when you don't go out, i.e., in the evenings.
another factor to consider is how you eat. the air you unknowingly inhale with food contributes to fart.
include raw fruits n vegetables, and probiotics like yogurt in your diet. They'll help thin out those nasty bugs from your guts which should reduce fart.
