My 6 cents!!!
- - check if they are E-verified or not
- - whats yur current status ? CPT/OPT ?
- - consult with their lawyer directly. No need to waste your time with your Manager.
- - If they dont have a corresponding HR Dept/lawyer, get more details from a lawyer outside and let your company know about the process/processes.
- - Initiattion should be done from yourside provided Statement 4 is valid.
- - get this done ASAP. earlier the better in this effing Game of status. you know what i mean?
