i think apartment business (rental) will be very successful business in kathmandu. but for that 100,000 dollars will be too less.
what you can do is with that money and a little more buy only land in ktm and as you earn money build apartments for rent 1 bed, 1 kitchen and 2 bed, 1 kitchen. if i had enough money, i would build rental homes in ktm.
