why the bahuns from the nearby remote districts come to cities like ktm,pokhara and dharan/biratnagar and study their ass off and become officers and journalists and the ghardhanis in these cities (also mainly janajatis) just hang around and spoil themselves?

the mallas of ktm were tirahutias(maithils) who spoke maithali n their courts and married women from the south .they practised a stricter version of hinduism but still tolerated the buddhist population of the valley.
their main military force consisted of pahadis (tamangs,khas and magars) and tirahutias(those from tirahut).
