Tilkumari-Poi, I have nothing to say about what you think of Paras but Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong is one of the best hotels anywhere. Paras is on an official trip sponsored by the Chinese Gov't and am sure he was put up in one of the luxury suites overlooking Victoria Harbour.
