I am having some problem with site collection in sharepoint server. Once the site collection is created and then try to open, it doesnt work. But the thing is whenever i create a site collection under default web app (sharepoint-80) everything works fine.

I could not find the solution for above mentioned issue therefore any inputs will be really appreciated.
