Yes, I think ROW will be current again in October :). Since this is the last fiscal quarter and only 19% of the visas are available. While demand is the same as it was in the last 3 quarters. Breakdown of numbers is as follows: October-December: Quarter 1: 27% Jan-March: Quarter 2: 27% April-June:Quarter 3: 27% July-Sept: Quarter 4: 19% That is why July is retrogressed since only 19 percent visas are available |
