Lot of times due to the reputation of the organization, the hard work of the volunteers gets ignored and ANA is a case in point.

People will always be quick at pointing their fingers but they will not give any credit to the volunteers who toil for months trying to make this event successful. The organizing city is more responsible for the ANA than the ANA executive committee. ANA has become more of a franchize than anything.

Let's not be quick at undermining the hard work put by the volunteers of the organizing city. These hard working volunteers get nothing back yet they want to do something for the community by putting in their full effort to make this event successful. They do not benefit from it. I think most of the people like Bathroomcoffee have issues with the ANA executive committee and not the organizing city.

Bathroomcoffee I don't think it's fair for you to mock the hard work of these volunteers who are trying to do something for their community. You should direct your issues at the Executive committee instead.
