You can jailbreak with Absinthe. Just upgrade your ios while preserving baseband so that you can use geveysim. Or, ask someone with ATT account to unlock your iphone. ATT now unlocks iphone if the phone is out of contract. Anyone with active ATT account can do it. I already unlocked 2 iphones with ATT. Good luck.
