HARD WORK is a must... no hard work.. no results at all.... at the same time passion bhayepachi hard work ta automatic huncha haina ra.. if i really want something then ill probably work my ass off to get whatever i want.. anyways.. u r right...all i was trying to say is that they might be amatures, and u being a film maker... u should encourage them and help them where they need to improve rather than just lowering their moral... by that i dont mean false praises.. what i mean is good constructive criticism... yes i know making a 30sec add might take weeks of preparation and postproduction... but thats totally different than what these people are trying to do here... so lets encourage them bhanna matra khojeko ho.......khasai kehi haina... i know quality matters....
