Oh WOW. That picture looked very familiar to me. It clicked to me when i saw that first, it is some where near UC. I will tell you something, in the last picture you are standing infornt of the Ilam Flats office and taking the picture towards UC, am i right? i was in Ilam flats 1995-96, long time ago.
