Timer bro, I did not get it, you do not agree with the " facts" presented there? or just do not agree going back? I do not think above statements implies that we need to go back, rather it states we need the system that suits our context ; and system not influenced or controlled by foreign powers. Btw, I do not know if you had experienced the panchayat era , just curious of your age though!! If you were too young then..ask those who were  little adult in panchayat period!!
