Rest of the world?

While I do not condone what the protestors are doing, please understand what they are protesting about. The protest is against the division of Nepal in the name of ethnicity. I support the cause, just not the means.
Here's how I take protests and Nepal bandhs. You are punishing the innocents citizens by conducting these violent bandhs, this means you are criminal. We might have to institute zero tolerance policy against voilent protest briefly. I say briefly, since I also don't want the power to completely tilt in favor of military occupation.
