Hi my brother is a US citizen and he wants to apply for my green card by filling form i-130. I've been told that it could take up to 10 years to get the green card, so my question is am I able to apply for tourist visa in the mean time? 

What about DV visa? Am I ineligible to apply for DV visa once my brother submits the application?
