Hi all,

I have one question on H1b status..I am currently working on H1b for the company (Not Consultancy)..I am having some problem with the company and I am trying to find other job..Looks like I will get that Job but I am concern here is about my status..Is there anyway I can work ifor new company before they apply for H1b or I will have to wait till they apply for my H1b...Please let me know if anybody gone through this situation and do let me know WHAT SHOULD I TELL MY NEW EMPLOYER.
