This girl is plain stupid. How could she compare and generalize the whole American just because of one ill-mannered bureaucrat who happened to be an American or god knows if she really is or naturalized citizens who knows?
And driver's license office??? seriously?? flaunting about her 8 years stay and not even properly writing what that office is called, FYI, it's sweetly and in short form called DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle)
Reading the title of the post sounded like she was going to some remote government office in north india.
That lady was doing her job and how could she(student) expect her to call her university to make sure the papers are real. She's right that's not her job to call organizations, lot of immigrants make fake documents. She was not humiliating that girl but simply telling the facts. This over-sensitive girl should have brought all the stamped paperworks. Not the faxed documents. I don't consider myself the fax documents as real. I simply shred them. Such a hoot, she reminded me of few obnovious and weird clients I come across without enough paperworks and arguing.
This country is where our very own president obama is constantly being targeted or asked for his own birth certificate, how could she expect somebody to treat her like queen of England? She really needs to brush it off and move on instead of writing nonsensical monologue online.
