Obama threatened he would veto the bill in it's current form(then).

Obama didn't veto the bill because it's re-written over internet privacy concerns.
so, you questioning if "Obama is a half-brainer" in order to defend your logic, it fails right there. He didn't veto, okay? because bill got re-written and I still urge you to read the bill for god sake before you put forth dilemmas.
