I applied Greencard while I was in OPT and it was approved. It took almost 10 months for all the processing, i.e. Ad in the Newpaper, Labour, EAD and finally the Greencard. The odd of getting approved mostly depends on the company you are applying from. And to let you know I had my Masters Degree. If your company is willing to do it, I will suggest to go for it.
