Plagiarism is a theft, even bigger than any other kind of theft.  I wonder how can people copy and paste the things and pretend like the real writers. What a shame. 

But like "dallukosanu" said above, if I had read the poem in facebook before reading this post, I would have thought Americane was Pratap B Magar.
