A friend of mine who graduated recently with a 4 yr degree has been offered a help my a restaurant owner for H1B sponsorship. Is it better to apply as a manager for the restaurant or as a cook? I'm thinking that cook visa would be easier and more appropriate considering it is an asian restaurant. Is there a good lawyer you can refer me to? I have heard about Keshab Raj Seadie from New York but don't know if he's good. Any help will be appreciated.
