Not sure if you went through the posts above by others. The whole point they are making is that dual citizenship should be considered by Nepal for those with Nepali citizenship who wants to get US/UK citizenship. You are dismissing the whole point in your assumption.
I can understand the reluctance on the part of the government but to me, it is purely for the ease of travel, I am not after mno's government posting.
