There are about 5 million Nepalis living/studying/working abroad. Not all of them are gonna go back, infact, most of those out are probably planning on staying wherever they are.
This constitutes 1/6th of our population, we can't ignore this. They have valuable experience that could be of benefit to the government. Out of the remaining 25 million in the country, around 1 million live in Kathmandu. From 25 million strong, how many do you think back up your views MNO?
When you bring your views, do you leave your personal feelings at the door? Dont be jealous, think about the betterment of the country as a whole if you really want to debate, bring some understandable relevant statistics to the table and not just 'ek kan, dui kaan, maidan' tactics.
