why? well cos the sky is so high and there is no reply. i guess i should reply. If anyone could convince you with sound logic as to why there is no superior power, then many people in the world would be aethists. The thing is people WANT to believe in a higher being because it gives them some sort of assurance that this life is not iT. That there is something else. I've me a few aethists, and they became so because they were put off by all the ritualistic stuff in religions. Then there are the agnostics, who don't care about anything. i think these guys are plain lazy.
