This is a very serious issue!!!!!  This can create you a LOT of troubles in near future. From my understanding if you guys file for a divorce, your application will be abandonded and you will receive a deportation letter. Even motion to reopen the file will be worthless after your removeable notice.  Unless she is abusive or she cheats on you, it's not quite possible for you to avoid deportation. Also in those case you need to have a REAL SOLID proof. Its not very easy. 

I don't know how was your relation with her prior to the marriage, but if she had initiated for the marriage, then surely she had loved you once or atleast she was ur well wisher. I think you should work on earing her respect for you. DO NOT act desperate and Do NOT let her find out you will going to face ramification if she decides to leave you.

Take her out and ask her , what exactly went wrong? What did you missed for not meeting her expectation? Hopefully she will talk you about the issue and things will workout for both you.
