@ Sexy in sari : You can't be so judgmental towards him and their ongoing relationship, if you don't know them personally. Like dindhuki said "Edi usle aru sanga date gari bhane mero galti huncha ra" How a girl who he is married to can date some other guy? Is he justified?
It's obvious that their relationship is not going so strong and when relationship tends to break or people get divorce they tend to think of their own personal interest and dindhuki is merely doing the same - securing the most he can from the failing relationship in his case, Greencard. If you cannot give a constructive answer, don't give at all.
@dindhuki: If you have entered marriage in a good faith, don't worry too much.

No you can't. Need to provide USCIS tons of evidence that you entered marriage in a good faith and not for immigration purpose. Simply having bills together doesn't mean you have a legitimate marriage.

Best option is to try to make up the marriage/ try marriage counseling, etc.

It is not your fault as you cannot have a control over someone's life. Unfortunately she's dating someone else, wont be a ground for your I751 approval. You need to find a GOOD lawyer to deal with this issues.
