What do you mean by time here?? If I am not mistaken, the initial time set for drafting constitution was 2 year and I believe that was about 5 years back. So, don't worry. They will extend the time again, may be 6 months or probably 1 year.

P.S. I don't blame them as any sensible person would do the same. Will anyone decide for laying one self off of such a nice job. 600 people are employed in parliament for last 5 years for 100,000 per months (Salary + other benefits). Why will anyone in the good mind constitute the constitution and end their employment.
