I guess you've changed your nick, and it is very clear that you are a maoist; I don't know why you're denying it.
First it is the decision of Nepal government, either Baburam or Mr. Chacchedar, or other. So, definitely, in this condition no one support but it is not a crime, if Nepal government give some money to climb Sagarmatha.
