Before, you're asking but not saying a word about you, that's rude.
I was very skinny my whole school life, then during college I went to gym and within 2-4 years, I was damn beefed up.
And, later after college, when I met my old school friends were like ' I can't believe it's you , N......(my name (^ ^ ,))' and I got that a lot a lot a lot of attention. I still remember their look when they saw me after so many years.
