Honestly,

I don't like either. 

Here's my criticism:

- Don't like the colors. They dont mix well with each other.
- The nepal flag is too conspicuous. I get it we're Nepali, but dont mean we have to wear the flag on our chest everywhere.
- The message is unclear. No money, no honey. Cliche. 'where being nepali comes to us naturally...' Hmmm.


Here are some suggestions:
- Keep it simple. Make an emblem, below it write Sajha.com. Display this on chest area (upper left) in not so big graphics. Just that on the shirt.

- Ask sajhaites to come up with one short phrase that describes sajha.com for them. Print that across the center. Below that phrase in smaller font-size within brackets - sajha.com. (sajha.com). Remember font type matters. A lot. 

- Get a cartoon artist to draw a simple vector art that in someway describes sajha. Doesn't have to be complicated. The simpler, the better.

- For the patriotic, a map of Nepal, divided into 5 compartments and the words S A J H A printed inside each of them.



Just some ideas. I'm sure others have more!
