So learn something from all the immense culture and knowledge around you and hopefully it will help you get out of that stereotypical well that you have dug for youself.

It's not hard man, its all in the head. When you see a good looking girl, you have the choice of whisltling at her and saying our your dirty thoughts, or take her to be an individual as yourself and respect her. Your actions choose your fate. Your habits are diseased, its the khate indian mentality that you have succumbed to. That mentality which even the indians despise.
