wow, nobody wrote a word about fruits and vegetables!!!

Book by Andrew Weil, M.D called 'Eating Well For Optimum Health' is often considered by nutritionists and athelites alike a nutritional bible. He focuses more on foods that can be taken as medicine. It's the eating habit which is responsible for all your good or bad health. Even the most feared depression and hypertension have direct link with what you eat though it sound psychological disorder.

1. If you are on instant need of help, you should immediately consult your doctor and get on treatment.
2. You should follow the golden rules of eating habit for your case 'blood pressure': 
-Increase fruits and vegetables
-avoid salted and salty foods, such as processed foods
-eat garlic regularly, one to two cloves a day

Cook your own food, or any other hand-cooked or atleast food on which people have put their time,effort and energy, while doing so, you are not only eating that food but also taking in the energy put on by them, just think you're intaking great source of energy to fuel your body while eating your food. Thinking positive stuffs while eating your food will greatly enhance your absorbtion level as well as I call it spiritual training of how you should it.

I don't know if you care, you should immediately get into 'Juicing' fruits.

Just keep aside all your excuses, and do it now.

If it's too much of a hassle, then I've nothing to say but , 'One who doesn't care about himself cares Noone'
