zalimsingh jyu, FYI, have you ever heard of 90 day trial period. even if one is hired for permanent position, 90 day period does apply "except you are hired in management position with separate contract and binding clause." so one can be dismissed within 90 days without any liability; and lot of corporations does use this clause.
