If something happens in eBay what would you do?
Let me answer this one for you.
If something happens in eBay, like if the item doesn't look like the way it was described, you talk to the buyer first. If he do not correspond you, or if they do not want to work with you, you open a case against his/her ass. As soon as you do that eBay holds the money that you paid for that item. Now the money is neither yours nor the sellers. Then eBay investigates. You should receive a phone call about your case from eBay within 24 hours. if the item do not meet your expectation, there's no way that you are loosing your money. eBay is a multi million dollar company and it's not there where it is right now because it's costumes can get ripped off so easily. Your one negative rating can destroy sellers business. Like bitter brother mentioned buyers are god in eBay.  I do both buying and selling in eBay and I have always enjoyed it ( only thing that annoys me is the time it takes my stuff to get delivered when I order something from hongkong).
